located at Town Hall, 1 JFK Memorial Drive, Braintree, MA 02184 on
the second floor and can be reached by telephone at (781) 794-8050. Hours are 8:30 a.m. to
4:30 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.Tuesday 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Please call ahead for holidays that may fall on a Monday to make sure that we may be able to assist
you. There are printed books showing the property

TIPS: When looking up by
"Street" - only use a 2-character representation for street, drive, lane,
etc. (i.e. "st", "dr", "ln", etc.) When looking up by a
"Parcel ID" - enter the 4-digit map number, then a space, then a
"block" number (usually "0"), then another space, then the "lot"
number. (Example 0000 0 00) When looking up by
"Owner", only enter the last name; use the scroll bar to go down to the
first name of the owner you're looking for.
